Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Another overnight oats recipe for you! Because they're yummy!

Honestly, these are so easy to make and they're brilliant when you don't want to spend a lot of time faffing about in the morning. Give it a go!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Serves 1

1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2/3 cup Oatly oat-milk (any variety - use the chocolate one for an extra chocolate boost!)
1 tbsp liquid sweetener (e.g. agave nectar, maple syrup, etc... I used Sweet Freedom)
1 tbsp peanut butter

1. Find a one-portion size jar (an old jam jar is perfect).

2. Add the oats, chia seeds and cocoa powder. Screw the lid shut and shake to distribute evenly.

3. Add the oat milk, then the liquid sweetener, then the peanut butter on top. Screw the lid on tight.

4. Shake the jar until all the contents are mixed up and chocolately-looking.

5. Leave in the fridge overnight.

6. Open and enjoy!
